These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.prakrutivardhan.org (the "Website") operated by Prakruti Vardhan Foundation ("the Foundation", "we", "us", "our"), a Section 8 non-profit company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U88900GJ2026NPL184031), with its registered office at Shop No. 32, Ground Floor, Mumbai Market, Tharad Char Rasta, At. Tharad, Ta. Tharad, Dist. Banaskantha – 385565, Gujarat. By using the Website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

The Website provides information about the Foundation and allows you to donate, volunteer and contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, to provide true and accurate information in all forms, and not to attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
Online donations are processed through Razorpay. By donating, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Donations are accepted only from Indian citizens, in Indian Rupees, from Indian bank accounts, cards or UPI. The Foundation is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, and does not accept foreign contributions. If a foreign contribution is received by mistake, it will be returned.
You confirm that the money you donate is your own and comes from lawful sources.
Donations are used for the cause selected by the donor. Where a programme is fully funded or cannot be carried out, the Foundation may use the donation for a similar charitable purpose within its objects.
A receipt is issued for every successful donation to the email address given by the donor. Please make sure your details are correct, as receipts cannot be issued in another name later.

3. Tax Benefits

The Foundation has applied for registration under Section 12A and approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, and approval is awaited. Until approval is received, donations may not qualify for a tax deduction. Any tax benefit is subject to the Foundation's approval status on the date of donation and to applicable law. Donors are advised to consult their tax adviser.

4. Monthly Donations

If you choose a monthly donation, the amount will be charged automatically every month through Razorpay until you cancel. You may cancel at any time as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery Policy

The Foundation does not sell or ship any physical products through the Website. Donation receipts are delivered electronically by email.

7. Volunteering

Volunteers take part on an unpaid basis and must follow the Foundation's volunteer guidelines and the instructions of activity coordinators. Volunteers take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and belongings. The Foundation may decline or end any volunteer's participation at its discretion. Volunteers must not collect money or materials in the Foundation's name without written authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Foundation's name, logo, text, photos and other content on the Website belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for any purpose without prior written consent.

9. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Programme details, events and other information may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website, from delays or failures in payment processing by banks or payment gateways, or from the content of third-party websites linked from the Website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Tharad, Banaskantha, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
