Governance and Accountability

Prakruti Vardhan Foundation is a company limited by guarantee registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. This means the Foundation exists only to promote its charitable objects. Any income or surplus is used only for these objects and is never distributed to its members as profit or dividend.

The Foundation's accounts are audited every year by a Chartered Accountant, and its annual filings are made with the Registrar of Companies. Decisions on programmes and spending are taken by the Board and recorded in its minutes.
